אֲנִי אוֹהֵב לְהַתְחִיל אֵת הַבּוֹקֵר עִם קָפֶה וְעִיתּוֹן.

I like to start the morning with coffee and a newspaper.

אֲנִי אוֹהֵב לִקְרוֹא אֵת הַחֲדָשׁוֹת, כִּי חָשׁוּב לָדַעַת מָה קוֹרֶה בָּאָרֶץ וּבָּעוֹלָם. 

I like to read the news, because it is important to know what is happening in Israel and in the world.

הַיּוֹם, יֵשׁ מַחְשֵׁבִים וְאֶפְשָׁר לִמְצוֹא אֵת כָּל הָאִינְפוֹרְמַצְיָה בָּאִינְטֶרְנֶט. 

Today, there are computers and you can find all the information online (Lit. ‘on/in the internet’).

מָה אִתְּךָ? גַּם אַתָּה קוֹרֵא עִיתּוֹן אוֹ גּוֹלֵשׁ בָּאִינְטֶרְנֶט בַּבּוֹקֵר?

What about you (Lit. ‘what with you’)? Do you also read a newspaper or surf the Internet in the morning?

בָּאִינְטֶרְנֶט יֵשׁ הָמוֹן אֲתָרִים. אֶפְשָׁר לִמְצוֹא אִינְפוֹרְמַצְיָה עַל כָּל דָּבָר בָּעוֹלָם. 

There are lots of sites on the Internet. You can find information about everything in the world.

אֶפְשָׁר גַּם לִרְאוֹת סְרָטִים וְלִשְׁמוֹעַ מוּזִיקָה אוֹ פָּשׁוּט לִקְרוֹא וִיקִיפֶּדְיָה.

You can also watch movies and listen to music or simply read Wikipedia.

אֵיךְ אַתָּה מִשְׁתַּמֵּשׁ בָּאִינְטֶרְנֶט? רוֹאֶה סְרָטִים, שׁוֹמֵעַ מוּזִיקָה אוֹ מְחַפֵּשׂ אִינְפוֹרְמַצְיָה?

חָבֵר שֶׁלִּי יוֹסִי, רוֹאֶה טֵלֵוִויזְיָה כָּל הַזְּמַן. הוּא לֹא יָכוֹל לְהַפְסִיק.

My friend Yossi, watches TV all the time. He can not stop.

יוֹסִי אוֹהֵב אֵת כָּל מָה שֶׁיֵּשׁ בַּטֵּלֵוִויזְיָה: סְרָטִים, סְדָרוֹת וְתָוכְנִיּוֹת שׁוֹנוֹת.

Yossi loves everything there is on TV: movies, series and various shows.

בִּמְיוּחָד הוּא אוֹהֵב סְדָרוֹת דְּרָמָה. גַּם סְרָטִים שֶׁיֵּשׁ בָּהֶם הַרְבֵּה אֶקְשֵׁן טוֹבִים בִּשְׁבִילוֹ. 

He especially loves drama series. Also movies that have (Lit. ‘there is in them’) a lot of action are good for him.

אֲבָל לֹא בִּשְׁבִילִי, אֲנִי אוֹהֵב לִצְפוֹת בְּקוֹמֶדְיוֹת. וּמָה אִתְּךָ? מָה אַתָּה אוֹהַב לִרְאוֹת בַּטֵּלֵוִויזְיָה?

But not for me, I like to watch comedies. And what about you (Lit. ‘and what with you’)? What do you like to watch on TV?

סַבָּא שֶׁלִּי לֹא מַפְסִיק לְהַקְשִׁיב לָרַדְיוֹ.

My grandfather does not stop listening to the radio.

כָּל פַּעַם שֶׁיֵּשׁ חֲדָשׁוֹת, הוּא אוֹמֵר לְכֻּלָּם: “שֶׁקֶט! יֵשׁ חֲדָשׁוֹת”.

Whenever (Lit. ‘every time’) there is news, he says to everyone, “Quiet! There is news.”

בִּשְׁבִיל סַבָּא שֶׁלִּי הָרַדְיוֹ טוֹב רַק לַחֲדָשׁוֹת.  אֲנִי חוֹשֵׁב שֶׁהָרַדְיוֹ טוֹב בִּשְׁבִיל לִשְׁמוֹעַ מוּזִיקָה.

For my grandfather, radio is only good for news. I think (that the) radio is good for listening to music.

בְּדֶרֶךְ כְּלָל, אֲנִי מַקְשִׁיב לָרַדְיוֹ כְּשֶׁאֲנִי בָּאוֹטוֹ. 

Usually, I listen to the radio when I’m in the car.

מָה אִתְּךָ? אַתָּה מַקְשִׁיב לָרַדְיוֹ? אַתָּה מַקְשִׁיב לַחֲדָשׁוֹת אוֹ שׁוֹמֵעַ מוּזִיקָה?
